I thought this would be an appropriate post for the start of the week. Oh Monday, you get us every time. Don’t worry about those nasty Monday Blues, I may or may not have something rather delicious heading your way. Ok, Ok, I’ll stop with the try-hard mystery, I really do have something delicious headed your way. I’ve been known to enjoy a tipple of cognac or two in my time. Yes, cognac is a fine, fine drink, one that most believe should simply be enjoyed neat. So if you fancy your hand at some cocktail making fun, I suggest Bisquit’s Summit Cocktail:
- 40ml Bisquit V.S
- 1ooml Fitch & Leedes lemonade
- 1 slice of fresh lime peel
- 1 slice of fresh ginger
- 1 long thin slice of cucumber peel
- Pour the Bisquit Cognac into a glass.
- Add one slice of fresh ginger and lots of ice.
- Top with lemonade.
- Stir lightly and garnish a lime peel and cucumber sliver.
